What the $10,000 minimum means
The proposal makes $10,000 the minimum initial subscription, so all accepted investors would enter the reporting programme. It is not an annual fee or a separate charge for updates. Statutory notices, financial-statement rights, and any other mandatory shareholder rights cannot be removed by a website threshold. If smaller subscriptions are later permitted, their contractual reporting arrangements must be specified separately.
Evidence rather than activity alone
Reports should identify the question tested, expenditure, result, interpretation, uncertainties, and next decision. Negative results and stopped projects are part of accountable research reporting.
Protecting commercially sensitive information
Before patent filings or partner agreements, technical disclosures may need to be limited. Final agreements should define confidentiality, permitted disclosures, and the method for delivering reports. There is no secure document room on this static website.
These are proposed service targets, not representations of legal filing deadlines or automated delivery commitments.
