Back the capability.
Build the next milestone.

Gravimetric Energy’s proposed model brings Justin’s electronics development and independent research into a focused technology-development company. The objective: fund useful experiments, build evidence, and pursue commercial opportunities where results justify them.

The investment thesis

One founder.
Several routes to useful technology.

The proposition is to support an individual’s capacity to investigate, design, and execute through a company with defined intellectual-property rights and accountable use of capital.

Electronics and prototype development provide a practical starting point. Materials research offers a longer-term experimental direction. Foundational physics and biological modelling remain exploratory streams, with stage gates before material expenditure.

A disciplined approach to early capital

Fund the next test.
Release the next tranche on evidence.

Engineering first

Prioritise a bounded electronics-development milestone: reviewed requirements, corrected design, reproducible prototype, and documented tests.

IP with a chain of ownership

Identify what the company can actually own or license. Establish founder, contractor, and collaborator agreements before promising commercial rights.

Milestones over promises

Evaluate each research stream against cost, technical evidence, ownership, and a credible route to customers or collaborators.

Reporting built in

Propose a monthly progress note, quarterly technical and financial reporting, and an annual review for all accepted investors under the proposed minimum subscription.

How potential value could be created

The intended commercial routes include company-owned or licensed products, contract development, technology licensing, and IP sales. Any proceeds would first belong to the company under its contracts. Shareholder participation would follow the final share rights and lawful distributions, not an automatic personal entitlement to every patent or every dollar of revenue.

What is established today?

The portfolio contains documented electronics design/prototype work and research projects at varying stages. This site does not establish a completed IP transfer, an issued patent portfolio, a validated research breakthrough, committed investment, or an independently verified company valuation.

Explore before making a decision

High-risk, early-stage planning

Research may fail, patent rights may not be obtained or commercialised, and any future private investment may be illiquid and lose its entire value. Proposed terms require corporate, securities, tax, and IP review before launch.
